Forage Finished Piedmontese beef – delicious, tender, lean, nutrient dense!

$6/lb hanging weight, cut & cryovac wrap included. Additional processing for smokies, sausages, jerkey requires additional costs.

You can customize the standard cutting instructions our butcher uses.
Heart, kidney, liver, tallow and/or tongue are available add-ons to half beef.

Whole beef is approximately 750 lbs hanging, which will give you about 490lbs of final beef (after being cut up, trimmed, deboned)
$1500 deposit, remaining amount due after cutting sheet finalized with butcher.

Your beef will be ready for pick-up in 3-8 weeks
